Most hotels provide parking places, some at no extra cost. Please contact the hotel for a reservation. There is no free parking at the conference venue. The closest parking to the venue is the Vrijthof square parking.

1. Hotel Derlon ****

2. Crowne Plaza ****

Crowne Plaza is less than a 15-minute walk from the Vrijthof in the centre of Maastricht. It features a 24-hour reception and terrace with panoramic views over the River Maas.

3. Au Quartier ***

Hotel Au Quartier is an intimate and comfortable 3-star hotel with a historic character. It therefore fits right in with the surrounding 'Jekerkwartier', a picturesque part of the old city centre. The hotel's central location makes it very easy to reach the Maastricht University and many of the old town's attractions, restaurants and lively outdoor terraces.

The Hotel Au Quartier can be found in an 18th century mansion in an enclosed courtyard; it is situated in the 'Jekerkwartier', a lovely part of the city of Maastricht, which is itself a beautiful city in the colourful south of Holland. 

The 'Vrijthof', the site of many historic attractions and many lively terraces, and the 'Onze-Lieve-Vrouwebasiliek' (Our-Sweet-Lady Cathedral) are within walking distance, as are such attractions as the town gate 'Helpoort' (Hellgate) and the city's public gardens.

From Friday 17.00 until Sunday 18.00 o'clock it is possible to use the hotel's parking facilities (reservation is required). Other days it is possible to park at one of the public parking spaces near the hotel (payment required). Au Quartier Petit Bonheur is located a 5-minute walk from the venue.

4. Boutique Hotel ***

Boutique Hotel, in the middle of town, is literally mere steps away from the market and the town hall, while the Vrijthof too is next door. The Grote Gracht (Great Canal), separates the two central districts ‘Binnenstad’ and ‘Statenkwartier’, - a traditional street with mixed activities such as shops, pubs, schools, small businesses and residential houses. A large number of monuments can be found here, even a few city palaces, too. After extensive renovations, Boutique Hotel Grote Gracht has opened its doors again in early June 2014. 5. Amrâth Hotel DuCasque ****
