Propose a Special Session to promote interest in your special area of expertise.

Proposals should include:

  • Title
  • Description (up to 300 words)
  • Scope (including list of topics)
  • List of organizers with contact details and short biographical details (up to 150 words for each organizer)
  • List of potential reviewers with e-mails and affiliations

Proposals will be processed as they arrive (no later than January 15, 2018) – the sooner the better to provide maximum time for publicity before the due date for papers, which is March 15, 2018. Notification of acceptance will take place by the 1st of February, 2018.

As well as publicising their sessions and soliciting papers for them, Special Session chairs will play a role in managing the review process for papers in their sessions, with final decisions being made by the Program Chairs. Papers submitted by Session Chairs to their own sessions will be handled by a separate, anonymised process.
