Registration
Procedure Please follow this link to proceed to the online registration form. After you have filled in the registration form, you will need to click on the "Send the form by Email" link. Subsequently an email will be generated. Please check whether the information in the email is correct. If the information is correct, send the email, if it is not close/delete the email and correct the information using the form. Do not edit the email! When you send the email, a copy will be send to you. The email you receive will contain the payment information. The payment method is international bank transfer only. Please, do not forget to mention the budgetnumber and the BNAIC registration code on the bank transfer.
Deadlines All early registration bank transfers should be received before 28 September 2012, and all late registration bank transfers should be received before 12 October 2012. Unpaid fees beyond 12 October 2012 will be increased to the on-site registration rate and should be paid in cash at the conference desk. Please note that on-site registrations can only be paid in cash.

Rate details Each registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunches, but not the conference dinner, which can be purchased separately. A printed copy of the proceedings can be ordered with your registration. An electronic copy of the conference proceedings will be available from this website.
Please note that the number of master's student registrations is limited. Master's students will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
A proof of your PhD/Master student status can be asked at the registration desk.
